If you currently attend or previously attended Pegasus High School and are requesting a Transcript please fill out this form.

 Please note that you will only be contacted if there are any issues, transcripts will automatically be sent to the requested location.
 
**Official transcripts can NOT be emailed to personal accounts. They can be sent directly to schools, colleges, places of work, or a home. Official transcripts can be picked up at Pegasus High School if requested, you must have an ID to prove it is you. Only the student may request their transcript.

Please allow a minimum of 48hrs for the request to be processed. It may take up to 5 days for the request to be processed.
